Hazel is a music-tech lifer, guitarist and former CEO/Co-Founder at Musiio. She started her music-tech journey at Shazam and then and spent time understanding the pain points of the industry Pandora, Universal and HMV before launching Musiio in 2018 which sold to SoundCloud in 2022. Hazel now travels globally speaking about the value of A.I integration and digital transformation in the music industry.
Mike is the co-founder of NewGen which consists of an influencer marketing agency, esports organisation and an owned media agency. He has expertise across all sectors but especially gaming which derives from his ex-professional CoD player background, where his YouTube channel ‘FearCrads’ peaked at 300,000 subscribers. Mike acted as an influencer and secured brand partnerships with Nissan, Xbox and Activision before setting up an agency.
A highly successful operator, Fiona has delivered spectacular results across big media, technology and early-stage start-ups. Her entire career has been focused on defining the future. At Reed Elsevier and Time Warner, she spearheaded corporate digital initiatives, growing online audiences to tens of millions. She played a pivotal role as Board director for Time Inc UK ahead of its separation from Time Warner and listing on the NY Stock Exchange. Fiona then became CEO of Makerversity, an award-winning incubator, and supports founders as an investor in the deep tech, SaaS, and creative sectors.

Aitian joined Calculus Capital in 2021. She focuses on backing founders in the creative content, SaaS, and life sciences/biotech sectors. Before joining Calculus, she worked as a growth equity investor at BOCOM International in Asia.
Adviser to some of the world’s leading tech driven businesses, Kolvin was ranked by Legal 500 for data & technology as known for being ‘extremely responsive and client focused’. He has vast experience advising on legal issues related to the internalisation of technology: his work regularly involves complex, cross-border matters that raise multi-faceted IP, data privacy, consumer protection, and internet regulatory issues.
Mira spent 25 years leading people strategies in CPO / People-leadership roles for FTSE 50 giants and scrappy startups, before wanting to challenge how leaders can grow, without the corporate clichés. She set up play for change, a leadership consultancy combining experiential play with psychology and neuroscience to get leaders out of their comfort zones and into real, lasting growth. Today, Mira’s clients range from fast-growing startups to global organisations. She also hosts A Class of Their Own podcast, where she dives into stories of resilience, leadership, and innovation.
Tristan is a co-founder, new business generator, CRM expert and Martech whizz. Prior to Growth Division he worked at Europe’s largest tech distribution firm in their Business Intelligence unit, a start-up called Ordoo, and then founded Growth Division to help start-ups overcome one of the biggest challenges Ordoo faced: finding scalable channels to market. He uses Growth Division’s unique growth process and team of marketing experts to help founders define strategies, validate channels, and unlock exponential growth.
Debbie is entrepreneur, speaker, investor and high performance & leadership coach working globally with entrepreneurs, CEOs and senior execs. She moved from being a founder of a tech startup raising investment and being in the boardrooms of some of the top FTSE 100 to giving it all up and building out a successful coaching practice. With over 30 years’ experience working in challenging sectors including the military, she works with teams and individuals on strategic performance through gentle leadership.
Wanda is a serial founder, founder-coach, and pragmatic organisational psychologist. She has spent 30 years helping founders grow their businesses as they position, transition through investment rounds, expand into new regions, experience hypergrowth and exit. Primarily in Tech, Wanda has helped founders bridge the Founder-to-CEO gap and with 20 000+ hours of coaching experience can help unlock new ways of being & doing that will accelerate growth and fulfilment.
